At the Antarctic Attraction our aim is to re-create the atmosphere and environment of Antarctica, providing visitors with an interactive, fun and exciting experience of the "Great White South".

The new $47.5 million facility features two floors of exhibition space, two educational activity areas, an auditorium, a café and wine bar, and underground parking.

Free tours are run from Arts Centre Information daily and provide visitors with a little retail therapy, a little history, culture and a whole lot of arts and crafts.

Riccarton House & Bush is a heritage site located in the Christchurch suburb of Riccarton just 3.5 km from the city centre.

Waipara Springs is a boutique vineyard and winery located in the heart of the Waipara Valley. Planted in the early 1980’s the vineyard contains some of the oldest vines in the valley providing the entirely estate grown wines with a depth and intensity that only old vines can produce.

The Waipara Valley is in the south island of New Zealand, 30 minutes drive north of Christchurch. We are open for wine tasting's and sales from 10:30am to 5:00pm seven days.

Established in 1981, the Estate comprises some 75 acres at Burnham, just south of Christchurch. In Marlborough 360 acres are now in production.
